MANILA, Philippines — Some areas in Northern Luzon are forecast to experience downpours on Wednesday due to the northern monsoon and the shear linecrazywin, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.
State weather specialist Rhea Torres reported that the Cordillera Administrative Region, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, and the rest of Cagayan Valley will see cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms caused by the shear line.

No gale warning has been raised by Pagasa across the country’s seaboards on Wednesday.
However, it advised the public to exercise caution when sailing in coastal areas of Northern Luzon due to moderate to rough sea conditions.
